Refund policy
If you have received the wrong or expired product(s), please request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. To initiate this process, email us at healthconherbal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
For damaged or missing product(s), submit your request within 2 days of delivery.
We will review your return request within 2 working days. Upon approval, our courier partner will collect the returned products. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the product via a reliable courier, and we will reimburse the shipping costs to your payment method.
After receiving your product(s), we will verify it against your claim and initiate a replacement or refund accordingly, depending on stock availability.
Eligible Return/Replacement Conditions
You can request a return or replacement for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product (physical damage/tampered packaging)
- Incomplete order (missing products)
Exchanges for the same item are also possible by emailing us at healthconherbal@gmail.com.
Non-Acceptance Conditions
Return or replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- Products are opened, used, or altered
- Original packaging is missing
- Requests are made after 7 days of delivery
- Damaged or missing products are reported after 2 days of delivery
Return Process
To return a product, email healthconherbal@gmail.com. After your request, a pickup will be organized within 5-7 business days.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Order Cancellation
Healthcon owned and operated by Mahaveer Marketing reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice and may verify any order before shipping. Orders can only be canceled while the status is “Ready to Ship.”
Refund Process
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, please provide your bank details for the refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days. For returns, refunds will be issued after the product is received and inspected, which may take up to 2 weeks after pickup.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to post.
- Reach out to your bank, as there can be processing delays.
